Refund policy

Course refunds

When you join the course, you get instant access to everything I've put together, so all course purchases are final. Once your access is open, I can't offer a refund. This applies to every course sold by HBBEAUTY.

Pre-sale purchases made before a course opens (for The Lift Society, before 5 November 2026) are also final and can't be refunded. Your access opens on launch day.

If something's not working, like you can't log in or a lesson won't load, please email me at 01hbbeautyy@gmail.com and I'll sort it out.

Protecting my work

I've put a lot of heart into this course, so I need to protect it. I may suspend or remove your access, without a refund, if:

• you share your login with someone who hasn't purchased
• you copy, download or share the course materials
• there's evidence the content is being used without permission

These actions go against our terms.

Course kits (if your course includes one)

Please check your kit as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or wrong, email me at 01hbbeautyy@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo and I'll make it right. Once items have been opened or used, or if it's been more than 3 days, I can't replace or refund them.
