this course is soooo simplified allowing students with no knowledge to grasp every concept so easily and quickly. the online tutorials were helpful and understanding different situations that can depend on different clients. in person, training with hayley was such a welcoming environment where I felt massive support and didn’t feel pressure. hayley‘s genuine want for her students to succeed really shows and encourages you to strive towards achievement. she makes the course less intimidating to tackle so it allowed me to get comfortable in what I was doing very early on.
